Anglia Ruskin University (ARU) is a leading national provider of police education, working in partnership with seven police forces across the East and South East of England to deliver the Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship (PCDA) and the Degree Holder Entry Programme (DHEP). ARU recently marked a major milestone by enrolling its 5,000th policing student, reflecting the scale and continued growth of its provision and its position as the largest provider of police education in the country.
Building on this strong foundation, ARU is expanding their higher level professional development routes, including a MSc in Advanced Policing Practice and a Professional Doctorate designed to support senior leaders and specialist practitioners. These developments underscore ARU’s commitment to advancing policing practice through accessible, high quality academic pathways.
