Established in 2000, AIM (formerly The AIM Project) is a UK charity committed to improving outcomes for children and young people impacted by harmful sexual behaviour (HSB), as well as their families and professional support networks.
AIM works across a wide range of sectors, including social care, education, mental health, youth justice, policing, and related services. The organisation provides comprehensive, interlinking practice models, frameworks, and guidance to support informed and effective work with children and young people.
Training and consultancy are delivered by a team of highly experienced and specialist AIM Associates, working across the UK and internationally.
AIM’s vision is to improve outcomes for children and young people affected by harmful sexual behaviour through child‑centred, ethical, and evidence‑informed practice that prioritises safety, promotes understanding, and recognises the capacity for change.
