Jo is the CEO of Embrace Child Victims of Crime, a national children’s charity supporting young people and families affected by crime. With over 25 years of senior safeguarding leadership across both children’s and adults’ services, Jo brings deep expertise shaped by compassion, clarity, and a drive for change. Holding Masters degrees in both Law and Senior Leadership, she is recognised for elevating practice, strengthening accountability, and placing lived experience at the heart of service delivery. Jo’s work is underpinned by a commitment to impact and meaningful outcomes, championing safer, more responsive systems grounded in the voices of those they serve.
