Alice holds a PhD in Criminology and Law from the University of Sheffield and an MSc in Psychology. She is Academic Lead, Specialist Criminal Justice Neurodiversity Consultant at Creased Puddle. Her research focuses on neurodiversity within policing and the Criminal Justice System. She is a Research Affiliate with the ESRC Vulnerability and Policing Futures Research Centre and was awarded a Translational Fellowship in 2024 to examine Counter Terrorism practitioners’ perspectives on neurodivergent vulnerability to online radicalisation. Alice has contributed to the Home Office Affairs Committee inquiry, “Combatting new forms of extremism”, and continues to research and publish in this field.
