Rob is the lead officer for Project RHYOBASALT, which is the national response to the threat posed by Com Groups. Rob has brought together Law Enforcement practitioners across SOC and Counter Terrorism teams to combat the threat. This is part of a whole system approach which see academic researchers, industry partners, safeguarding professionals and educators together to prevent young people being drawn into harmful online subcultures.
