Dr. Kelly Leahy is an assistant professor at Syracuse University’s Newhouse School and a leader in designing learning media for diverse audiences. She has created high-impact educational content for PBS, Nickelodeon, Discovery Kids, and iCivics, reaching millions while integrating strong pedagogical design with engaging storytelling. Her work spans digital games, television, and interactive platforms. Leahy has advised and consulted on myriad projects for private and public companies, government agencies, and NGOs. She is an experienced fundraiser and grant writer. She holds a doctorate in education from Harvard University and is a recipient of the Fred Rogers Memorial Scholarship.
